Lustenauer Mustard Black Gold 190g

A bold creation, grapeseed oil, sweet cider (“Apfelsüßmost”), balsamic vinegar, mustard seeds, raw cane sugar, salt and a pinch of activated carbon as icing on the cake. It tastes excellent with soft cheese, smoked fish, pates, terrines and fish. It flavors sauces and can be used as a base for salad dressings. Excellent with beetroot salad.
A tip: Try it with fresh strawberries.
